I got a D my first semester of Ap bio, but an A my second, can I still get into an okay univeristy?

Sometimes, AP teachers will give you a better grade for your first/second semester if you get a 3,4,5 on your ap exam. Try talking to the teacher and see if that works. Honestly, the D will effect your gpa and transcript a lot, but if most of your grades are A's, then you should get to a great university.
