What is the difference between "being Arrogant" and "Being snooty/snobby"?

arrogant isn't anything to do with others, it's just that you think you're overly amazing/better than you are reality... it's just a false OR over the top sense of confidence. snobby/snooty is the fact you think you're better than certain people and you look down on them.
