Can I extend my contract in order to go to Germany with my family?

I will have 2 years in my contract when I am done with my Korea tour and I would like to go to Germany. I will only ask for the COT if I know I can take my family to Germany with me, but with only having two years left in my contract will they extend me for a year so I can serve the accompanied tour?
