I'm starting public school next year. How can I make friends?

I just finished 8th gread so I think I can help I havent gone to the same school since 3red gade and making friends is thing im always most scarred about but some way I always do your frist few days you may end up eating lunch alone but don't worry about it if you see someone eating alone go eat with them don't talk a ton but just say high and let things role from there if you want to you can bring a book to lunch but it may make you look like you don't want to make friends bring a ipod or mp3 (if its aloud) or home work. Also when you talk to people lissiton to what they like and if they seemed bored change the topic. If you want you can make friends with wirid people but if you do others may not want to be your friend try making friends with people that r in alot of your classes. As for the test sution kids well most lickly talk about you behind your back if you get out of them and at a public school it would mess up your grades just think of them more like work sheets also have your mom give you a few parttics ones over the summer. As for what you should were try going to Aropostel I promiss you that's what every one will be wereing get a hoddie and a t shirt and some jeans thats what every one will be wearing plus its commfy :) as for the sex and swereing I recommend that you just pretend it was never said andi promiss you will get used to it. If you see some one ceating dont say anything unless it effects u. And i don't recommend speaking lattin. One last thing if you belive in god witch I think you do (sorry if I'm wrong) pray about every thing don't do anything that gose aginst god and use this as an opertuaty to share gods word good luck at your new school and don't do anything you don't want to hope this helped :)
