Downstairs neighbors issues please help!?

I live in an 1950's apartment and I have had issues with my neighbor having their tv up at night when I have my child down. I have told her before (when she moved in) that she is going to hear us, I have a 2 year old that she is going to hear, I also have a 1 year old, and all that I ask is for her to keep the noise down after 9:30 pm to keep my son asleep and to keep things relaxed (make things peaceful). last night I could clearly hear "Kryptonite" by 3 doors down. I called the apartments security because every time I have dealt with her in the past, she has been disrespectful and snooty! She then tonight, not even an hour of getting home (my husbands birthday, got home around 8:40 pm), she calls security about my 2 year old running across the floor. Is there anything that I can do to get this to stop while living here? (I move July 1st, and hoping to be completely out as soon as possible.)
