Does England or anywhere in Britain have "new money neighborhoods " full of CEOS, lawyers, & executives?

That's a very long question. There is a neighbourhood near me, in the South of England, like this called Sandbanks.It is situated on a peninsula in Poole Bay and the property there is the fourth most expensive in the World, houses costing over �4000,000. Several Premier League footballers and their wives and girlfriends (known as WAGS) have moved in and also many property developers.Most of the houses have private moorings for their yachts and spectacular views over the sea.
