Will i get sick from this?

I work in a daycare, with 2 yr olds. today one of them ate a ton of play dough, and then threw it up on his cot at nap. no one saw him throw it up though, and i accidentally touched it! i just thought it was some food from the lunch we had just eaten, so i just kind of wiped it off and kept rubbing his back nap. when irealized what it actuallyy was, i washed my hands immediately and sprayed down my entire outfit with disinfectant ha, but still i could've touched my hair and stuff between that time. so, because he wasn't actually sick at all, he just ate so much play dough, could i still get sick (like the flu or something) from this??
