Find cot Ɵ, given that csc Ɵ = -3.5891420 and Ɵ is in quadrant III.?

I have an example in the book, but I just don't understand how they are doing it. I want to use my calculator for it, but I can't with the way the book is working it out. Does anyone know a simple way to do this?
