What is the name of this comedy movie?

I remember it had Chris Rock or someone like him in the movie. He was riding his bike, then he got hit by a truck. He turned into a ghost. There was this girl he liked, but he died, so he couldn't ever date her. Then, somehow he gets into this rich white guy's body after the white guy dies. Then, after he's in the white guy's body, I remember in one scene, whilst the maid which was Wanda Sykes, she was talking bad about him, how he was snooty and such. Then, he walks up to Wanda and asks what channel the BET channel is on. She's surprised. She then tells him. That's all I remember. Oh, yeah, most of the actors were black, I'm not trying to be racist, I'm just trying to see if anybody can identify this movie for me.
