Help on sweaty feet and hands?

Okay, so my hands and feet get really sweaty whenever I at least think about something stressful or what not. I am going to the carnival on Friday and I don't know what to do about this. It's going to be 90 degrees and I don't know what kind of clothes to wear or how to decrease the amount of sweat. ( My hands and feet also sweat in hot temps.) I want to wear flip flops but all the dirt attaches to my feet so they look disguisting with all the dirt piling in betwee my toes and i dont want to wear my beaver creeks with socks because I feel weird when everyone is wearing flip flops. Also, I want to wear shorts but my hands get sweaty so where would I wipe my hands? I'm so upset, and I had medication for my hands and feet ( Drysol) but it ended and I won't be able to get some before that date. How can I decrease the amount of sweat? I use baby powder and no use. Advice and opinions welcome ! Thanks in advance.
